Really great workout today. Did some strength training and toning up all whilst blasting some Gaga. There were several dance breaks!
Finished the day with a super delicious meal: Salmon stir fry with red and yellow peppers and red onion over quinoa with sauteed brussel sprouts with a dash of soy sauce and a dab of honey! So yummy and clean!!!
